Saw this story on TPM and the Stump this morning about how a guy named Chip Saltsman, now a candidate for RNC chairman, thought distributing a song called “Barack the Magic Negro” by Rush Limbaugh collaborator Paul Shanklin would help win the job. Are all the electors from Alabama?
